Registration & cancellation policies

The deadline for registration is Friday, December 23, 2022. Upon receipt of the registration, you will receive a confirmation with an invoice at the email you indicated.

Cancelling and refunding your registration fee is only possible until Wednesday, January 11, 2023. In case you are unable to attend the event, a substitute delegate is welcome to take your place at no extra charge. Please inform our event coordinator in writing in case of a substitution. If there is no substitution an administration fee of CHF 100 will be charged in case of cancellation.
